The church needs the front sidewalks cleared.  Is anyone available to come and help run the snowblower?

Hi Carole.

I’m sure Ellen Maisel’s home is on your list of projects but, I want to let you know I spoke to Ellen and she needs additional help at her home in Roselle. We were there twice last year.  She called Rogene asking for assistance and Rogene asked me to follow up with her.  She needs assistance in organizing and cleaning her one car garage and storage area.  I will work on her project but, will need 2 others to help.   I will be out of town for the August meeting.  Can you secure a couple more people to help?

Thanks, Heidi

Comment from Theresa Mittelbrun:

I tried to sign John and I up for the Ardmore location for Saturday but it wouldn’t let me put anything in the spot for bringing someone so I’m not sure what got registered. In any case, John and I can both be there Saturday morning.

Community Care Team

Working with Lutheran Church Charities (LCC), we are a group of trained (or soon to be!) individuals who will be on call to serve in disaster relief. After the first responder’s work is complete, we will enter the picture in various capacities to serve those impacted. In order to practice our skills while serving others, we have expanded this to Community Care. We are committed to taking on projects in our community to care for people who are not able to do these projects for themselves.
